FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: expansion of linearization range is achieved thanks to insertion into thickness gauge incorporating generator, counter, decoder, three univibrators, measuring converter, two AND gates, reversible counter, OR gate, flip-flop, register, multiplier, subtracter, divider, three master controls of second subtracter, adder, squarer, second divider, fourth and fifth univibrators and group of AND gates. This makes it possible to expand measurement range without increase of linearization due to addition of spline of second degree to measurement result. EFFECT: expanded linearization range. 1 dwg
