FIELD: laser technology. SUBSTANCE: electrode element is formed by dielectric plate, electrodes made in form of two rows of protrusions which join the plate in one side, and conducting layer which joins the plate in the other side. Protrusions of one electrode are disposed between the protrusions of the other one in a spaced relation which has size less than the length of the protrusions.
