FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: strain is isolated from the soil under grape plants. Strain is deposited in VKM at number CR-333D. Preparation against phytopathogens is prepared by strain growing on the agarized medium containing, (g/l): yeast extract 4.0; casein hydrolysate 8; potassium dihydrogen phosphate 3.0; magnesium sulfate 0.3; sucrose 10, and water - up to 1 l. Growing is carried out at 30 C for 24 h, cells were washed off from agarized medium with phosphate buffer, centrifuged and suspended in the same buffer up to concentration 5·109 cells/ml.
