FIELD: the invention refers to electroacoustics and designed for generating acoustics vibrations of a sound frequency in an aggressive high temperature medium at increased pressure and may be used for example for diagnostics of highly forced combustion chambers on acoustic instability.
SUBSTANCE: the oscillator has a filled with working agent body in which there are two electrodes connected to a source of high voltage. Besides it is provided with a vortex chamber out of dielectric material which is located between the electrodes coaxially with them. At that one of the electrodes is fulfilled in the shape of a stepped hollow cylinder, whose large diameter is directed to the output opening.
EFFECT: improves frequency characteristics of generating by way of exclusion of a stall of an electric discharge by a high-speed flow of gas.
