FIELD: laser engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed sensor has four identical light-emitting diode arrays, four light filters, four photodetectors, four normalizing error amplifiers, and control device. Light-emitting diode arrays are assembled of light-emitting diodes disposed uniformly and normal to carrying plate. Maladjustment sensor generates maladjustment signal in compliance with uniformity of illumination of large light-flux adjustment section at resonator output.
EFFECT: enhanced noise immunity and precision in maladjustment signal generation.
