FIELD: electronic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed inverted-coaxial magnetron that has coaxial stabilizing resonator whose central conductor accommodates waveguide section disposed coaxially to this conductor and provided with energy input and output ports at ends; it is coupled with stabilizing resonator by means of longitudinal slits in its opposite walls; installed in waveguide is conducting partition that separates opposite coupling slits with respect to microwave signal. In addition, at least two longitudinal slits of different size and shape can be made in waveguide on each end of partition.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, power capacity, and gain.
