FIELD: microwave devices. SUBSTANCE: device has anode resonator unit, which contains anode resonators with communication slits, and cathode. Communication slits are displaced with respect to center of anode converters by equal distance in single direction. Cathode has cathode three-dimensional resonators which are located in symmetry to anode ones.
