FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to vacuum microwave devices intended for obtaining microwave power on two multiple frequencies and can be used for example in radiolocation, radio countermeasures and other industries. There proposed is microwave klystron-type device in which coaxial double-gap output resonator (OR) is tuned to anti-phase type of oscillations with working frequency ω and to in-phase type of oscillations with working frequency 2ω. Output of microwave energy is connected to OR by means of two coupling loops located relative to each other at the specified angle. In the other version of invention the output of microwave energy is connected to OR by means of one coupling loop the plane of which is located at the specified angle relative to end plane of drift tube of OR, and additional conductor connected to the holder of central OR drift tube. Invention allows, when input microwave signal is supplied to microwave device with frequency ω, simultaneously obtaining at its output the microwave oscillations on two multiple frequencies ω and 2ω. At that, value of microwave power at output of microwave device on frequencies ω and 2ω is sufficiently more than value of microwave power supplied to the input of microwave device.
EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities of microwave device.
