Device comprises a differential phase shift computer, whose outputs are connected to inputs of control code generators, as well as additional control code generators and multiplier units, adder units and encoders, whose outputs are connected to first inputs of corresponding multiplier units, to second inputs of which and inputs of additional control code generators are connected outputs of differential phase shift computer, outputs of multiplier units and control code generators are connected to inputs of corresponding adder units, outputs of which an outputs of multiplier units are outputs of device.
