FIELD: antenna.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna technology. Device comprises a power divider for N channels, in each of which there are discrete phase changers on p-i-n diodes connected to radiators, a radar control unit and a phased antenna array beam control system, herewith the p-i-n diodes of each section of each discrete phase changer are connected with appropriate reverse voltage generator and with appropriate connected in series limiting resistor and a switch, herewith inputs of the switches and the reverse voltage generators are connected to corresponding outputs of the beam control system, wherein the p-i-n diodes of each section of each channel are connected to corresponding second limiting resistors connected to corresponding series-connected second switch and an AND-circuit, the first input of which is connected to the input of corresponding first switch, and the second inputs of all the AND-circuits are integrated and connected to the output of the radar control unit.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of consumed power.
