FIELD: quantum electronics. SUBSTANCE: proposed laser has laser tube in resonator, one or several heat protection screens installed coaxially to laser tube. Nearest to tube screen is mounted at not less than 15 mm from laser tube and serves as inverse current conduit of discharge circuit. Behind dummy mirror of resonator there is placed device for formation of stream for cooling of laser tube with air or inert gas in direction from output to rear mirror of resonator. Drawing fan may be used in the capacity of this device. Cathode of laser tube is located on side of mirror.
