FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing rigid tube into distal segment of urethra, invaginating the urethra wall therewith, bypassing the stricture, and aligning it with a finger introduced into proximal segment of urethra, passing flexible string through tube, piercing the urethra wall with said string and forming bypassing anastomosis. EFFECT: lower traumatism of operation.
