FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: after preliminary intraoperational measurement of volume of the tumor by means of ultrasound, the cryodestruction is performed at nitrogen boiling point (196 deg C). Then frozen volume of tumor is mechanically cut all over. The rest of frozen bed of tumor is exposed to laser evaporation by means of defocused beams of CO2 laser with density of power 1000-1500 Wt/cm2 until achieving healthy parenchyma and forming a scab. EFFECT: reduced traumatism; reduced possibility of intra- and post-operational complications.
