PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE OF WINDING ARTICLES Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2007771 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of winding articles includes laying of interrow insulating material on frame, laying of first row of winding wire, winding of insulating material and following operations of alternating winding of interrow insulating material and winding wire, lead-out of tap of winding, formation of pocket, laying of interwinding insulation, laying of first row of second winding and following operations of alternating winding of interrow insulating material and winding wire as well as later successive operations of laying of interwinding insulation and winding of windings, final application of outer insulation, following polymerization of insulating material and marking of article. Polyethylene lacing film based on high-pressure polyethylene with content of laced gel fraction 75.8% 0,070 ± 0.014mm mm thick is used as insulating material. Formation of pocket is conducted by matching of two layers of film and one layer of band nonfusing material located between layers of film. Size of nonfusing material located between layers of film should be smaller than size of film. Relationship of thickness of interlayer insulation is determined by formula t≥0.05d, where t is thickness of interlayer insulation, mm; d is diameter of winding wire, mm. With application of interwinding insulation nonfusing insulating material, for instance, polyamide, fluoroplastic film is laid in addition between layers of polyethylene film. Polymerization is performed by stepped drying under the following conditions: for first stage T= 100-120 C for 1 h, for second stage T= 140-170 C for 3-6 h. Marking is conducted before polymerization process by attachment of marking symbol with polyethylene film. In case of mounting of core connection of core parts is carried out by laying of polyethylene film between faces of parts of core. EFFECT: enhanced insulating characteristics, facilitated manufacture. 3 dwg
