FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: they use antiseptics in combination with irradiation by pulsed ultra-violet rays of not more than 2·10-3s pulse duration, with power density of not less than 10 kW/m2 in zone of treatment and total energetic doze of not less than 102J/m2 . The ultraviolet pulse is formed by pulse gas discharge lamp during discharge of an accumulating capacitor in the moment, defined by high-voltage firing gas discharge pulse of a firing pulse generator, that is inductively coupled with the discharge circuit for instance by means of a pulse transformer. Parameters of the discharge circuit are interrelated by a ratio, that ensures optimum regime of discharge in the inert gas, that fills the lamp.
