FIELD: laser equipment. SUBSTANCE: in electric discharge laser electrodes are manufactured in the form of sections placed in upper and lower parts of discharge chamber in parallel to optical axis of laser radiation. Sections of one electrode are displaced in longitudinal direction with reference to sections of other electrode in which holes are made. Sections of electrodes are connected into series electric circuit linked to power supply source. Apart from this synchronizing discharger positioned inside, shielding dielectric tube with holes made opposite to holes in sections of electrode is inserted.
