SUBSTANCE: water and glass polishing compound is applied onto the glass, and the process of cleaning by glass surface polishing is effected with removal of the hydrophobic layers of impurity by means of the windscreen wiper. For example, cerium oxide is used as the glass polishing compound. Prior to application of the glass polishing compound onto the glass, a layer of it is applied onto the windscreen wiper brush. The glass polishing compound can be contained in the rubber brush material or in the form of suspension in water.
