FIELD: immunology, screening. Buffer : conjugate mixture with the second, either labeled or unlabeled, biospecific components to the certain analytes is applied right onto a dry blood spot. At the volume equivalent to its sorption capacity a dry blood spot is removed out of a hole. Reaction of biospecific binding with labeled Pt copro- or uroporphyrine by biospecific components is conducted in discrete microareas, holes are washed out, dried. Emission of label's phosphorescence is detected by subsequently scanning microareas by a focused laser ray.
