CAPACITIVE PRESSURE TRANSDUCER Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2010201 C1

FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: capacitive pressure transducer has body, manometer sensitive element composed of bellows with common bottom, capacitive deformation transducer in the form of three cylindrical electrodes. First electrode is made fast via insulating element to bellows in area of location of common bottom, second and third electrodes are fabricated in the form of rings placed with clearance with respect to each other on to dielectric bushing anchored concentrically to first electrode. Dielectric bushing produced from polyamide film, for instance, may be put on first electrode as electric insulation. Foiled surface of film in this specific case is functioning as first electrode. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity, facilitated manufacture. 3 cl, 3 dwg
