SUBSTANCE: manufacture of sensitive element from high-temperature cermet, for instance YBaCuO, and passing of electric current through it which value ensures work under condition of phase transition to superconducting state make it possible to abandon use of supplementary source of heat which leads to simplification of measurement method and to growth of sensitivity. In this case entire range of heat mode under steady constant current within range of measurement speeds may be embraced by interval of temperature of phase transition to supperconducting state.
