FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technique of creation of weak couplings used in high-sensitivity systems employing YBaCu0 high-temperature superconductor SQUIDS. Proposed technique consists in formation of mechanical stresses not subject to relaxation in process of operation of specified above systems in region of weak couplings in thin superconducting films. Mechanical stresses are formed by thermal method by cooling of high-temperature superconducting films deposited on substrate with controlled rate at which disagreement of parameters of crystalline lattice of materials of substrate and film is maintained. Cooling rate is chosen between 1.3 and 2.1 C/s. Time of keeping them in furnace lasts from 60 to 300 s. EFFECT: simplified technology of manufacture of Josephson elements with enhanced operational stability of system, increased reliability and reproducibility of their characteristics. 3 dwg
