FIELD: development of superconducting transmitters of magnetic flux and electromagnetic field detectors. SUBSTANCE: proposed superconducting quantum interference transmitter has electrodes and bridges made of superconducting material. Electrodes and bridges are fabricated from monocrystalline epitaxial superconducting film having thickness of 10-25 nm. Electrodes and bridges are built up on insulating monocrystalline substrate SrTiO3,; LaAlO3, O3. Electrodes are manufactured on sublayer of gold or platinum to ensure better contact with placement of transmitter into circuit and to preserve high- temperature superconducting properties. Process of manufacture of superconducting interference transmitter is based on deposition of superconducting film on insulating substrate with subsequent formation of bridges and electrodes from it. Superthin film with thickness of 10-25 nm is deposited on monocrystalline substrate at temperature of 820-840 C by method of laser ablation, for example. EFFECT: development of superconducting quantum interference transmitter providing for decrease of interference, for increased stability to thermal cycling, for enhanced reproducibility of its characteristics in process of operation of transmitter. 7 cl, 3 dwg
