FIELD: machining of metals. SUBSTANCE: method for making power-locked joints of telescopic pipes by the use of radial deformation of internal part involves installing inside said part a few successively-positioned liners with spaces for service fluid and with coaxial holes accommodating the ends of pistons successively-installed along axis of part. One of end pistons is fixed in position while the other ones can move axially relative to one another. Maximum increase in the volume of liners causing deformation of internal part is effected due to increased volume in their spaces achieved by motion of pistons, one end piston creating pressure in cylinder, and a middle one which connects both liners. Device for jointing concentric parts comprises casing with blind holes and aligning members installed in said casing and intended for fixing the parts that encompass the pipe to which they are to be joined. Provided at points inside the pipe where the latter is joined with encompassing parts there are means for radial deformation of pipe in the form of successively-installed hollow liners and pistons interacting therewith.
