FIELD: SHF equipment. SUBSTANCE: SHF resonator is used for measurement of intensity of optical radiation. It is manufactured in the form of section of round waveguide short-circuited on both ends formed with set of ring plates parallel to each other. Controlled element in the form of optically transparent dish filled with mixture of gases ionized by optical radiation is positioned inside section of round waveguide. Parameters of plasma in dish and characteristics of SHF resonator change with change of intensity of optical radiation. EFFECT: improved accuracy of determination of intensity of optical radiation. 2 dwg
