FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: inlet and outlet branch pipes pass through rigid walls of a case. The branch pipes are closed by valving unit coupled with a drive. Faces of the branch pipes are interconnected through a cross piece to form saddle surfaces. A member made of a hollow flexible cylinder is mounted coaxially to one of the branch pipes and passes through the rigid wall. The drive is made of wedge-shaped members mounted between walls of the branch pipe and hollow cylinder for reciprocation along the branch pipe with deforming the hollow flexible cylinder.
