SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis leg consists of segments made in the form of flexible rods positioned around circumference and having protrusions at inner wall, rods located opposite one another at different heights, axial movable pin actuated by connecting rod and provided with movable variable-section swells interacting with protrusions of rods with axial movement of movable pin and performing the function of spacer for rods at point of contact with swells. EFFECT: positive adaptation of endoprosthesis to intricate shape of osteomedullary canal. 3 dwg
