FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a measuring section of a pipeline, one part of which is made in the form of metal cylindrical stopper-like body with a capacity sensor, the bottom of which is made in the form of an octahedron with radial holes on each plane and with elastic plates, mounted on its outer side. The capacity sensor is covered by a metal cylinder with a side tap. The second part of the pipeline measuring section is mounted in parallel to the first part and is made in the form of a flow-through body with a sensitive member and a metal cylinder with a side feed line. The capacity sensor and the sensitive member are connected with a measuring circuit. EFFECT: apparatus is used to measure small amounts of fuel, consumed, for example, by cars. 1 dwg
