FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method includes plowing of rootstock field by plows without colter and with furrow down to 25 sm, subsequent soil treatment by screening it, and extraction of weed rootstocks by combined action on them by forces of impact, cutting and vibrowiping, and transportation of extracted rootstock to bin, and then, beyond the field. Machine for realization of this method has energy source, plowshare, slaving wheel, elevator, separator executing plane-parallel motion. Installed above separator receiving zone are spring-loaded rotor with hammers, and axial rod for counterhammers. Part of counterhammers has rack skids.
