FIELD: active actions on meteorological phenomena. SUBSTANCE: method consists in continuous control of diurnal temperature and air relative humidity in atmosphere in zone of water spraying. Water for spraying is preliminary polarized. Then, negatively charged water is cooled down to maximum density. Cooled water is sprayed in atmosphere at height not exceeding the height of its unstable layer at the air lowest diurnal temperature for use of dew point or at maximum content of chemical contaminants in atmosphere. EFFECT: higher efficiency in rain induction for smog elimination. 1 dwg
