FIELD: milk processing industry. SUBSTANCE: deoxidation of whey is carried out, then calcium chloride is added its quantity being 0.1-0.4 g/l. Heat treatment of whey is carried out within 30-60 min at 90-95 C. Membrane treatment takes place with the help of membranes having pores 0.01-1.00 μm. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method.
