FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: measurement is made of the relation of reflected radiation intensity value in irradiating with monochromatic visible light of a fixed body area during functional test to the initial value of intensity. Blood flow is stopped without skin destruction by extremity compression above the examination region. Blood vessel reactivity is determined by the correlation of the reflected radiation intensity values during and before the compression. The equality of the values is an evidence of the absence of reactivity, their inequality indicates its presence. Of the reflected radiation intensity value during the compression is less than that before the compression, there is an increase in the blood supply of the vessels. The greater value during the compression as compared with the value before it is an indication of a blood supply decrease. EFFECT: simplification, speeding up, and higher accuracy of examination, ruling out of parenteral infection. 3 cl, 1 dwg
