FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: aqueous-alcohol extract of cinnamon, Dianthus, cardamom, foetus of sea buckthorn, root of dandelion and root of elacampane is blended to produce liqueur; ratio of said components, kg is: 3.2-4.6, 2.0-2.8, 3.8-4.2, 4.8-6.1, 1.8-3.2, 21.0-32.6 respectively. Stock of coriander and licorice root and alcohol extract of cedar nut's shell is added into blend mixture. Quantities of said stock and extract are so that content of said components in desired liqueur is 20.0-32.0 kg, 60.0-91.0 kg and 120.0- 190.0 kg respectively. Quantity of aqueous-alcohol liquid is so that concentration of alcohol in desired liqueur is 40 vol%. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 3 cl
