SUBSTANCE: composition of ingredients for preparing Sbiten low-alcohol beverage contains natural honey, a set of spices, water, dry spirulina, semi-sweet white wine in the following ratio of components, wt.%: 13.00 of natural honey, 60.00 of drinking water, 26.00 of white semi-sweet wine, 0.70 of dry spirulina, 0.07 of cinnamon, 0.09 of star anise, 0.06 of nutmeg, 0.04 of cardamom, 0.03 of cloves, 0.01 of allspice.

EFFECT: proposed composition allows us to obtain a product with increased biological value, which has a harmonious taste and aroma.
