SUBSTANCE: apparatus has heat-insulated vessel with unstable raw material and coolant supply devices and devices for withdrawal of stable raw material, crystallized sediment and spent coolant, mixer mounted on shaft and coolant supply source, with liquid carbonic dioxide being used as coolant. Shaft and mixer are made hollow and communicated with liquid carbonic dioxide source. Nozzles mounted on mixer at opposite sides of shaft are communicated with mixer cavity and provided with outlet openings disposed in planes extending parallel to shaft axis and oriented in opposite directions perpendicular to shaft axis.
