FIELD: food-canning industry and wine-making. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises thermostatically controlled vessel with process connecting pipes, blade stirrer mounted inside apparatus, annular bubbler with outlet openings, and baffles fastened on coupled bars. The latter are made in the form of spring rings and baffles are provided with vessel-facing bearing members. Outlet openings of bubbler are made in the form of supersonic nozzles. Blades of stirrer and/or baffles are made from constant magnets with their poles arranged in direction of vessel axis. EFFECT: extended process capabilities of apparatus due to enabled associated removal form raw material of substances disposed to form crystalline or colloid turbidities. 2 dwg
