SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical cylindrical temperature-controlled container with branch pipes, drive mixer and bubbler, which are axially positioned within container. Cylindrical chamber mounted in axial alignment with container is communicated with lower part of container. Cylindrical chamber has smaller diameter as compared to container. Baffles are fixed on inner surface of cylindrical chamber. Additional drive mixer and bubbler are axially mounted within cylindrical chamber. Main and additional bubblers are made annular and their outlet openings are formed as supersonic nozzles. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of product. 2 cl, 2 dwg
