FIELD: load-handling. SUBSTANCE: device comprises table in the form of several sections, each installed on base by means of two pairs of levers which form articulated parallel-link mechanisms. Levers installed on ends of conveyor portion which is enclosed by housing have brackets rigidly secured thereon at the conveyor loading end. The portion of conveyor frame with roller supports disposed under the housing is made as a separate element articulated to ends of brackets of these end pairs of levers with a provision for moving in vertical longitudinal plane of the conveyor. Each plate located under load-carrying side of the conveyor has articulated sides capable of turning in transverse plane of conveyor. Said articulated sides can contact the side portions of belt and have a turning drive in the form of inclined rods. Gate valve for cutting off the flow of material in case of emergency is mounted on uprights supporting the lower end of a trough, and is connected flexibly with a plate disposed near this upright.
