FIELD: amateur and sports fishing. SUBSTANCE: device has body 1, axle 2 secured in body and spool 3 with front cheek 4 and rear cheek 5 fitted on axle 2, spring-loaded hinge joint 6 which connects body 1 with base 7 provided with spring-loaded latch 9 and stop 10, additional cheek 11 fixed on axle 2, kinematic gear train 14 being mounted on additional cheek 11. Gear train 14 connects spool 3 with knob 12 secured on handle 13. Gear ratio of kinematic gear train 14 can be greater than unity. Knob 12 on handle 13 on be secured by means of joint 15. After a long-distance cast body 1 is fixed by means of latch 9. Then fishing line 17 is wound on spool 3 by rotating knob 12 relative to shaft 16. As distance between axes of shaft 16 and knob 12 is greater than distance between tension line of fishing line 17 and axle 2 of spool 3, effort on hand at fighting the fish is less than tension effort of fishing line 17.
