FIELD: amateur and sports fishing. SUBSTANCE: device has body 1 with fitted-in axle 2 which mounts spool 3 with front cheek 4 and rear cheek 5. Body 1 is connected by means of spring-loaded hinge-joint 6 with base 7 equipped with stop 11 and latch 9 made in form of spring-loaded lever 10 whose arm is oriented longitudinally relative to fishing rod 8. When fishing, body 1 is at first fixed by means of latch 9. Axle 2 is oriented across fishing rod 8. Then stroke is made by fishing rod 8, and in needed point of trajectory of end of fishing rod, body 9 is released by means of latch 9. Body 1 starts rotating around spring-loaded hinge-joint 6, stop 11 stops body 1 and orient axle 2 longitudinally relative to fishing rod 8. When tackle hits the water, body 1 is returned in initial position. EFFECT: enhanced convenience, possibility of casting by one hand. 2 dwg
