FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method for flow vacuum treatment of low-carbonic steel involves smelting in converter, blow by argon and deoxidation in teeming ladle. Steel is supplied out of teeming ladle into vacuum chamber. Remaining pressure required according technology is made in it, steel is treated in vacuum chamber, supplied from vacuum chamber into pony ladle through branch pipe and further into crystallizers via casting nozzle under metal level and continuously cast ingots are pulled out of crystallizers. At steel outlet out of converter carbon content in it is set within the limits of 0.03-0.6%. Steel is deoxidized in teeming ladle up to remaining oxygen content in it within the limits of 1.0-6.5 kPa. Steel is supplied out of vacuum chamber in middle zone of pony ladle divided in three zones by cross partitions, steel is deoxidized and alloyed in middle zone of pony ladle by aluminium with mass portions within the limits of 0.04-0.06%. Inert gas is supplied via porous plugs in end zones of pony ladle at consumption within the limits of 1-3 qu.m./h. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 1 tbl
