FIELD: bottles for compressed and liquefied gases. SUBSTANCE: bottle for compressed and liquefied gases consists of outer and inner all-stamped envelopes with bottom located one in other in such position that bottom portion of one envelope forms neck of bottle and bottom portion of other envelope forms bottom of bottle. Engageable surfaces of envelopes form negative allowance which reduces from maximum magnitude in portion adjoining the neck to minimum at the bottom of the bottle. Thickness of walls of envelopes reduced from bottom to edge. Edge of outer envelope bends round the near-bottom portion of inner envelope. Bottom of bottle may have bearing surface in form of circular projection over the bottom periphery and have varying thickness, minimum in center. Bottle neck may be located in its inner chamber and may be made in form of hollow truncated cone with lesser base directed inside bottle. Method of manufacture of such bottle consists in producing the outer and inner envelopes by cold stamping; envelopes are made in form of sleeves with bottoms; method also includes forming of bottle neck in bottom portion of one of envelopes and cutting the thread in the neck. Bottom portion of other envelope is made of varying thickness and bearing surface is shaped in form of circular projection over periphery. Method includes also assembly procedure before which coating, sealant, adhesive or combination of them is applied if necessary. During assembly, envelopes are inserted one in other by their open ends forming negative allowance between their walls. Edge of outer envelope is constricted behind around near-bottom portion of the inner envelope. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 1 dwg
