SUBSTANCE: method involves effectuating extrusion in slit or annular spinneret, with temperature exceeding material crystallization temperature by 10-30 C; providing rapid cooling of product by rapid decreasing of temperature of product by means of fluid medium immediately extrusion process is completed; with fluid medium temperature being within the range of -20 to +6 C; maintaining speed of molecules along spinneret walls as close to zero value as possible, with adhesion being taken into account.
