FIELD: aluminium production in electrolyzers with roasted anodes. SUBSTANCE: measuring voltage and current in electrolyzers, amount of alumina, determining distance between poles, electrolyte temperature and in-melt alumina concentration, and changing position of anode body depending on deviation of distance between poles from preset value accompanied with temperature correction, as well as changing frequency of alumina batch feeding depending on deviation of in-melt alumina concentration from preset value. Preset value of alumina concentration is changed depending on measured concentration value, and coefficients of mathematical model are corrected depending on measured concentration value during anode effects. EFFECT: stable power and concentration, increased current output, decreased specific consumptions of power and fluoride salts, decreased frequency of anode effects. 2 dwg
