FIELD: transport facilities; space vehicles, in particular. SUBSTANCE: magnetic field is created on board of object at vector potential 1 oriented at angle of 90 to 270 deg. relative to cosmological vector potential 2, thus making rise to fields 6 with constant magnitude of total vector potential and fields 5 with reduced magnitude of total vector potential, for example, inside toroidal current winding 11 mounted on the object. Bodies 8 (structural members) rigidly connected with housing 12 of the object may be brought in or out of fields 5 and 6 by means of driving mechanisms 14 owing to which magnitude and direction of resultant forces 15 applied to bodies in fields 5 may be regulated. Bodies 8 may be made of any material and may be located together with motion drives evenly over surface of toroidal winding 11. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 5 dwg
