FIELD: motion (tractive) systems for motion in space and conversion of mechanical energy. SUBSTANCE: method is realized through creation of field of compound action vector potential ((Ac.a.)) in generator equal to sum of main field of vector potential (A) of current and field of cosmological vector potential ((Acosm.)) at reduced magnitude of compound action vector potential ((Acosm.)) relative to magnitude of cosmological vector potential ((Ac.a.)) due to orientation of main field vector of current vector potential (A) at angle of 90 to 270 deg to vector of cosmological vector potential ((Acosm.)), location and motion of bodies mechanically linked with consumers of mechanical energy in field of compound action vector potential ((Ac.a.)) at which bodies are subjected to spinning action about axes perpendicular to planes in which vectors of main field of current vector potential (A) and field of cosmological vector potential ((Acosm.)) are located. After each body attains conditions when moment of external forces relative to center of inertia of body is equal to zero, above-mentioned spinning action is removed and consumers of mechanical energy are connected to revolving bodies; additional fields of current vector potential ((Ad.)) which are connected with bodies are created; vectors ((Acosm.)) of this field are oriented at least partially at angle of 90 to 370 deg relative to vector of cosmological vector potential ((Acosm.)) and bodies are set in motion through swinging over closed trajectory; at least part of this trajectory is located in above-mentioned field of compound action vector potential ((Ac.a.)); motion is effected in direction oriented (at least in part of trajectory) at angle of from 0 to +-90 deg relative to vector of cosmological vector potential ((Acosm.)).
