FIELD: navigation. SUBSTANCE: method is meant for navigation in far cosmos predominantly. Field of summary vector potential of current equal to sum of fields of vector potentials of cosmological , natural and artificial sources is chosen in the capacity of basic physical object for navigation. Field acts on field creating region of space with decreased value of vector potential . Physical effects caused by decreased value of and its variations are obtained in this region and registered. Direction of field and orientation of axes of spacecraft corresponding to it are determined by given effects. Navigation device in accordance with invention incorporates space scanning system, one or more sensors of field with systems forming field and registering mentioned physical effects. EFFECT: expanded application field, increased precision of method and device determining vector of navigation state of spacecraft. 26 cl, 8 dwg
