FIELD: development of experimental and industrial devices using weak interaction of elementary particles, such as radioactive beta-decay particles. SUBSTANCE: weak interaction of elementary particles in space holding the material is controlled by creating region having total vector potential Ac equal to sum of current vector potential Atot and cosmological vector potential Ac lower than cosmological vector potential Atot and at least some portion of this material is acted upon by varying mentioned total vector potential and/or setting its different values. Mentioned region of space having reduced total potential Atot is created by exposing this region to field built up due to vector potential A of current flowing at 90 to 270 deg. to cosmological vector potential Ac. Field of current vector potential A is built up by passing electric current through conducting parts in space holding the material or by placing permanent magnets in this space, or using field of natural vector potential sources, such as ground potential vector, as field of current vector potential A. According to proposed method. Total vector potential Atot is varied and/or its different values are set in space holding the material either by varying magnitude and/or polarity of electric current passed through conductor, or by varying relative position of material and source field of vector potential A, or by varying vector position of current vector potential A relative to cosmological vector potential Ac.
