FIELD: processing domestic garbage and industrial waste. SUBSTANCE: operations of storage, discharge of gas, drying, pyrolysis, burning and removal of ash are combined in one sluice monoblock unit. Device has housing lined with refractory material and provided with gaseous fuel supply branch pipes for lighting up and air for sustaining combustion, exhaust gas discharge branch pipe and several pairs of gates with drives for proportioned supply of garbage towards gas-and-air mixture of ash removal. Lower and upper pairs of gates are solid and intermediate pairs have holes. Moistened air fed above lower pair of gates makes it possible to cool ash formed and to maintain required temperature in combustion zone. Drives are used for opening and closing the pairs of gates and to shake garbage in order to avoid its caking. Bunker located at the top of the housing is provided with cover and branch pipe for taking air for combustion. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 1 dwg
