FIELD: laser technology. SUBSTANCE: in this laser at least cathode is manufactured from ceramics. Gas mixture of discharge chamber is composed of carbon dioxide, nitrogen, helium and carbon oxide, nitrogen oxide and oxygen as well as mixture of hydrogen and deuterium are added. Summary content of hydrogen and deuterium amounts to not more than 10%. Content of oxygen in mixture is within 0,4 % ≅ [O2]≅ 1,8 %. Amount of carbon oxide is found by formula [CO]+[O2]= A·W·[CO2], where A(1.5-0.08) is proportionality factor, qu. cm/J; W is specific energy introduced into gas mixture, J/cu.cm.
