FIELD: laser equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves interaction between gas mix and metal oxide, then with chloride of element which is easily subjected to hydrolysis in water vapors producing chloride hydrogen. Regeneration is run in cycles or continuously when gas mix from gas-discharge chamber of laser is passed through regeneration chamber which separates mix into input and output parts.
